CASH ONLY to be paid at beginning of session

A warmup clinic offered to women who participate in the Valleybrook Women’s Golf Association (V.W.G.A). Each week the clinics will focus on a different topic like putting, chipping, full swing and general information about golf, to get you ready for the 2024 V.W.G.A season!

Wednesdays 5:00 – 6:00pm

Join one or them all.. option is yours!

April 10th : Putting
In this clinic we will cover the essentials of putting including stance, grip, alignment, and stroke. Initially, we will discuss these concepts as a group and then separate them into two groups to work on long putts versus short putts.

April 17th : Chipping
Like the first clinic, this will start with discussing grip, stance, and stroke. From there, groups will be formed into two groups to work on low chip shots versus high chip shots.

April 24th  : Full Swing
Ladies will gather on the driving range, in which we will discuss posture, stance, alignment, and swing. Ladies will hit balls during this clinic as instructor’s walk around and provide instruction to each woman.

May 1st : Full Swing/Play
This clinic will start with ladies loosening up on the driving range, practicing putts, or even working on their chipping. Halfway through the clinic the group will split into two and proceed to play a hole with an instructor as a scramble.

May 8th : Play 5-9 Holes
Ladies will be split into groups in which these ladies will go onto the golf course to play 9 holes as a scramble with their group. Instructors will be present, however, will be less inclined to help as this will allow the ladies to work together and apply what they have learned. It would be a competition between the two groups in which the first-place team would win a prize.
